Job Summary
Prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. Reporting to a Payroll Division Manager and receiving coaching from a Territory Manager, you will manage appointments, uncover client needs, and present Auris solutions to secure sales. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
- Stay updated on current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Pre-employment background check completed
- Lives in the area relative to the job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- Incentive-driven sales mindset
- Professional demeanor and integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
- Comfortable with an on-site presence
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role
- Experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this position is $0 - $0. This range reflects Acrisure's estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on various factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
