Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information.
  • Set first-time appointments and achieve minimum production requirements to secure wins.
  • Stay updated on the company's product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Pre-employment background check completed.
  • Lives in the area relative to the job posting location.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Incentive-driven sales mindset.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
  • Minimum 50% field presence required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
  • Experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on performance and can range from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Benefits include:
