What We Need
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our sales team. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for developing business with existing clients and acquiring new customers across the U.S. You will position our full suite of IT solutions and services while cultivating long-term partnerships built on trust, strategic alignment, and value delivery.
A Typical Day Looks Like
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Identify and nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers to understand their IT challenges, business objectives, and decision-making processes.
- Position CSI’s full portfolio of technology solutions and services as strategic value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, OEM partners, and internal teams.
- Stay current on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive offerings.
- Update and manage data on the sales management platform (CRM).
- Occasionally travel to attend client meetings and company events.
How You’ll Be Measured
- Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Achievement of assigned sales quotas and contribution to overall business growth.
- Pipeline Development and Management: Robust and accurate management of opportunities in CRM; timely progression of deals through the sales cycle.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Client feedback, renewal rates, and ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Solution Positioning and Strategy: Effective alignment of CSI’s portfolio to client business needs and priorities.
- Collaboration and Team Engagement: Positive contributions to cross-functional collaboration; engagement with marketing, sales operations, and delivery teams.
- Professionalism and Representation: Upholding CSI values and professionalism in all customer and partner interactions.
Required Skills + Competencies
- Minimum of 3–5 years of successful IT sales experience.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
