CLIENT ADVISOR

Duties

• Aiding residents and vendors entering or exiting the facility.
• Performing security functions such as pat-downs, UA screenings, breathalyzer tests, and headcounts.
• Maintaining positive behavior and acting as role models for residents.
• Reporting and regularly updating other team members on relevant information.
• Documenting residents' behaviors through notes and incident reports.
• Attending team meetings.
