HRIS Administration
Dive into the world of HR tech! You'll optimize our systems, troubleshoot any glitches, and ensure our HRIS database runs like a well-oiled machine.
Human Resource Reporting
From bi-weekly to end of quarter reports, you'll be the go-to guru for all things HR reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
Requirements
- 3+ years prior experience processing payroll
- 3+ years experience working with a HRIS
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Advanced Payroll and HR information systems skill set
- Expert level Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel
- Thorough knowledge of payroll related laws and regulations
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll practices, tax compliance, wage and hour regulations, labor and employment laws
- Payroll Professional or SHRM certification preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
