About the role
The Human Resources Generalist at North Vista Hospital supports the organization's mission of providing high-quality care through comprehensive human resources management.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations and provides complex HR support to all levels in the organization.
- Ensures the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures.
- Performs high-level professional duties in various functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
- PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications, or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
