The Human Resources Generalist at North Vista Hospital supports the organization's mission of providing high-quality care through comprehensive human resources management.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations and provides complex HR support to all levels in the organization.
• Ensures the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures.
• Performs high-level professional duties in various functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
• PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications, or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
