About the role

Responsible for managing payroll processes, employee benefits administration, and human resources operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Oversee hiring and termination processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers in resolving conflicts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR management.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
