About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, employee benefits administration, and human resources operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Oversee hiring and termination processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers in resolving conflicts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR management.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
