A healthcare services organization is seeking a Payment Poster for a remote role supporting revenue cycle operations.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (MST hours)Setting: RemoteResponsibilities:Post and reconcile payer and patient payments, including manual and electronic transactionsInterpret ERA and EOB information and apply related adjustments accuratelyBalance deposits and batches while maintaining accurate payment logs and recordsResearch and resolve credit balances, unapplied payments, recoupments, and payment discrepanciesCoordinate with billing and patient account teams to support payment workflow and related issue resolutionQualifications:2+ years of hands-on Healthcare Payment posting and reconciliation experienceExperience with ERA/EOB processing and payment adjustment workflowsExperience with NextGenExperience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plansExperience with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formsExperience in outpatient or integrated behavioral health revenue cycle operationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in a production-based environmentDesired Skills:Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience with Deposit Assist or Post AssistExperience with WaystarExperience with secondary payer payment handlingExperience with EFT and ERA enrollment supportExperience using payment logs and batch balancing toolsStrong numerical aptitude and 10-key proficiency
