Patrol - Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. You’ll work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, providing customer service across all shifts.

Pay

$15.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Multitask: answer calls, monitor CCTV, and use computers for emails and badge creation

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• One year of high-rise experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Able to walk and stand for long periods

Preferred: Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
