As a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol in Robinsonville, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and team members, and support a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities, when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify authorization as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
