A day in the life

• Assist the Patient Services Center Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining quality service standards.
• Lead and support staff through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain knowledge of department functions and provide coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Cook up supply ordering and support efficient department operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls, addressing patient needs, and scheduling appointments.
• Promote a positive, professional work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
