Responsibilities

• Assist our residents to and from medical appointments in and around the community.
• Verify method of transport.
• Ensure residents are properly identified before transport and have any necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles as well as carrying resident items.
• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Gold Coast by accompanying residents on appointments.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid, unencumbered State of Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification (C.N.A.).
• One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but not required. We are willing to invest in the right candidate!
