Patient Care Attendant

About the role

To work as a team with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure quality veterinary care for all pets, to educate clients on pet health, and to maintain a safe and exceptional hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, and examination and operating rooms.
• Restrain animals during examination and laboratory procedures.
• Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.

Requirements

Current associate status required. Must apply through the internal career site.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
