Through cross-functionality, PCS2s play a pivotal role in ensuring that our healthcare center operates seamlessly and that our patients receive the best client experience and the highest standard of care. What a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, PCS2s contribute to a positive patient experience, fostering trust and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of a close-knit team to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients and enhance the reputation of AHF
  • Seamlessly transition between performing medical assistant clinical functions including phlebotomy, and performing administrative duties including front office, processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage
  • Actively participate in cross-functional rotations and promote adaptability, developing skills across multiple healthcare center functions
  • Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to reinforce AHF's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and upholding the organization's mission and values

Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant Certified
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
