PCS2s enhance the reputation of AHF by demonstrating adaptability and a versatile skill set, seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles to foster a positive patient experience, trust, and loyalty.

The PCS2 will work as part of a close-knit team to meet the needs of our patients and enhance AHF’s reputation by performing medical assistant clinical functions, including phlebotomy, as well as administrative duties such as front office tasks, processing patient referrals, and verifying insurance coverage. By participating in cross-functional rotations and promoting adaptability, PCS2s will develop across multiple healthcare center functions, reinforcing AHF’s reputation as a trusted healthcare provider dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Perform medical assistant clinical functions, including phlebotomy.
- Handle administrative duties such as front office tasks, processing patient referrals, and verifying insurance coverage.
- Seamlessly transition between clinical, administrative, and front office roles to ensure operational efficiency and a positive patient experience.
- Actively participate in cross-functional rotations to develop skills across multiple healthcare center functions.
- Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to uphold the organization’s mission and values.
- Advocate for AHF’s top initiatives while keeping the organization’s Core Values and Mission central to all work.
- Contribute to patient retention and trust by delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
