A Patient Care Specialist 2 (PCS2) contributes to AHF by embodying the organization's commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Through cross-functionality, PCS2s ensure the healthcare center operates seamlessly, delivering the best client experience and highest standard of care while enhancing AHF's reputation through patient retention, adaptability, and dedication to core values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical assistant clinical functions, including phlebotomy.
• Handle administrative duties such as front office tasks, processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage.
• Participate in cross-functional rotations to develop skills across multiple healthcare center functions.
• Promote adaptability and collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to support a trusted, high-quality care environment.
• Act as a passionate advocate for AHF's top initiatives and ensure the AHF Core Values and Mission remain top of mind.
• Work within a close-knit team to go above and beyond in meeting patient needs.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
