A Day in the Life

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team.
Maintain and evaluate patient and staff data collection systems and processes to support the practice of nursing and delivery of patient care.
Facilitate patient flow on unit as it relates to admissions and discharges.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Foster and evaluate an environment that empowers and supports staff, including the professional nurse in analysis of assessment data and in decisions to determine relevant diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of Michigan.
• A BSN is required.
• 2 years relevant experience, 2 years in the specialty area preferred.
• Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Additional Information

• Full-Time: 38.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• This position is eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare!
