Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room - Days

Seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room to lead and manage surgical team operations, ensuring effective resource allocation, patient care quality, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and resource management to ensure compliance with policies and promote a positive work environment.Oversee daily OR operations, facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, and ensure smooth patient care transitions.Recruit, interview, evaluate, and develop staff, conducting regular performance reviews and staff meetings. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Illinois and BLS certification required.Minimum of 2 years acute care OR experience; leadership experience and CNOR certification preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Key Duties Manage staff scheduling, supplies, and equipment to meet department needs.Promote staff development and ensure adherence to standards of practice.Address operational challenges and ensure quality patient outcomes through critical thinking and problem-solving.
