Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room - Days

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Coordinator - Operating Room provides leadership and resource management to ensure effective patient care delivery, team collaboration, and adherence to policies. They oversee daily OR operations, facilitate interdisciplinary communication, and ensure adequate supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage staff, including hiring, performance evaluation, and staff development.Coordinate with surgical teams to achieve quality patient outcomes and smooth operational workflows.Participate in department planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration.Monitor compliance with policies and standards, and resolve operational issues. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care OR setting.Previous leadership experience is preferred; CNOR certification is a plus.Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements: CPR/BLS certification, and experience in managing OR teams and operations.
