About the role
The Patient Care Coordinator Float position is available at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Los Gatos, California, with weekend shifts at Menlo Park, California.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
- Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Work independently to achieve program goals
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry

Pay
$28 to $35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, weekend and holiday rotations
