We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable Patient Services Coordinator Float who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and jumping in wherever needed. You don’t need years of healthcare experience to be successful here. We can teach the processes — we’re looking for the personality, attitude, and people skills. We provide two weeks of paid training and give you the tools to grow your career in healthcare. What You’ll Do You’ll be one of the first faces our patients see and an important part of keeping the clinic running smoothly. Your day may include: Welcome patients with a friendly, positive attitudeCheck patients in and assist with roomingSchedule appointments and answer phonesAnswer patient questions and help resolve concernsDiscuss insurance, billing, payments, and account balancesUpdate patient and insurance information accuratelyRespond to calls, emails, texts, and faxesCollect and process patient paymentsSupport providers and clinic staff with administrative needsKeep the front desk, waiting area, and clinic organized and welcomingHelp with inventory and suppliesProtect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and company policiesJump in and support your teammates wherever needed No two days are exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun! Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday availability is required approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month.
