About the role

The Dental Specialists are seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator (Float) to join their team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in working with their doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. This Patient Care Coordinator will travel to all TDS locations to cover for Periodontics, Pediatrics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Typing and data entry skills

  • Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing/data entry skills are required. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required.

Starting Salary $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Schedule

Monday- 6:30am-4:00pm
Tuesday- 6:30am-4:30pm
Wednesday- 6:30am-4:30pm
Thursday- 6:30am-4:30pm
Friday- 6:30am-4:00pm
The locations and hours will vary depending on the need.
