Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and families with a positive attitude
- Processing patient admissions efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring accurate and timely insurance verification
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Managing on-call shifts as needed
- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- A degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
- National Certification of CHAA
- Three years of experience in Patient Access or Business Office settings
- Experience with insurance eligibility systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes
- Experience with Epic applications

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.20 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
