Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and families with a positive attitude
• Processing patient admissions efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring accurate and timely insurance verification
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Managing on-call shifts as needed
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• A degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
• National Certification of CHAA
• Three years of experience in Patient Access or Business Office settings
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing codes
• Experience with Epic applications

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.20 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
