About the role
One Revenue Cycle (ORC) supports Providence Health & Services ministries and operations across multiple regions. ORC's goal is to ensure the delivery of the ministry's core strategy and enhance the patient care experience through robust revenue cycle services and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and healthcare registration.
- Organize and plan tasks effectively.
- Support registrar and third-party payer functions.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year Experience in customer service or healthcare registration.
Qualifications
- Coursework/Training in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college level coursework.
- Registrar and third party payor experience.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $25.00 - $34.41 per hour.
Schedule
This position is part-time and works on a day shift.
