Patient Access Services - Scheduler

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous clinical background preferred, such as Radiology Tech
• One or more years’ experience in a patient access role preferred
• Typing/computer skills necessary; a minimum of 35 wpm required

Skills

• Knowledge of Medical Insurance
• Excellent telephone etiquette/communication

On the Job Training

On job training may be required after being hired, along with continuing educational requirements to maintain employment.
