PATIENT ACCESS REP

Patient Access Rep - Radiology Administration

Description

Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately
Schedule appointments for patients
Patient registration, check patients in and out at front desk
Able to complete daily office tasks in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with patients taking into consideration their age and level of understanding
Insurance verification

Experience/Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must enjoy working with the public
• Computer skills necessary
• Previous medical experience preferred (for Eligible Employees)
