About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in the New York Intellectual Property and Technology group. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Manage written discovery
- Write and brief cases
- Participate in depositions
- Experience with trial proceedings is a plus
Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of patent litigation experience
- Background in Electrical Engineering (EE), Software, and/or Pharmaceutical sciences
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Prior experience at a national law firm preferred
- New York bar admission required

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $390,000 - $435,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
