Responsibilities

• Litigate patent disputes
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Conduct research and analysis related to patent law

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience litigating patent disputes
• Preferred degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field

Qualifications

• Strong academic background, including law school and undergraduate/graduate transcripts
• Writing sample demonstrating legal writing skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay

$260,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
