Responsibilities

• Litigate patent disputes
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field degree
• Three or more years of experience litigating patent disputes

Qualifications

• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for intellectual property law
