Responsibilities
- Litigate patent disputes with a focus on electrical engineering and computer science cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
- Advise clients on patent infringement and other related matters.
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before administrative bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience litigating patent disputes.
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with patent law and litigation procedures.
Skills
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Effective negotiation and advocacy skills.
