Responsibilities

• Litigate patent disputes with a focus on electrical engineering and computer science cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
• Advise clients on patent infringement and other related matters.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before administrative bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience litigating patent disputes.
• A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with patent law and litigation procedures.

$260,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
