Responsibilities

• Litigate patent disputes
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies
• Advise clients on patent-related matters
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Conduct research and analysis relevant to patent cases

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field degree
• Three or more years of experience litigating patent disputes
