Patent Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of patent litigation experience, specifically with life sciences and ANDA litigation.
• Experience with all aspects of patent litigation, including managing discovery, drafting briefs, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Must have over three years of experience taking depositions.
• Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $365,000 to $435,000, based on experience and qualifications.
