About the Role
We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices. The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required, and we encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.
Candidates must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on factors including qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
