Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate

About the role

We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices. Ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, we encourage applications from associates with diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
