Junior to Midlevel Litigation Associate - Patent
About the role
We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices.
Requirements
- Between one and six years of patent litigation experience.
- Must be barred in the state of the office to which you are applying, or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Qualifications
- Superior academic credentials are required.
- Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred but not required.
- We encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location. A discretionary bonus based on performance may also be available for eligible employees. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and the discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
