Junior to Midlevel Litigation Associate - Patent

About the role

We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices.

Requirements

• One to six years of patent litigation experience.
• Must be barred in the state of the office to which they are applying, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Qualifications

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred but not required.
• We encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon factors such as the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
