Junior to Midlevel Litigation Associate - Patent
About the role
We are seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, and Seattle offices. The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience.
Requirements
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Admission to the bar in the state of the office applied to or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam
Preferred qualifications
Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, but not required; applications from associates with varied academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged.
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000. The actual base salary may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A discretionary performance-based bonus may also be available.
