Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate

Our nationally recognized patent litigation group represents both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in high tech and life sciences patent litigation matters
- Handle cases in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States
- Manage parallel post-grant proceedings in the Patent Office
- Develop innovative litigation strategies for clients ranging from startups to established technology and life sciences companies
Qualifications
- One to six years of patent litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Must be barred in the state of the office you are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
Preferred Qualifications
- Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields
- Applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries are also encouraged

Pay
Anticipated range: $235,000 - $390,000. Actual base salary offered may depend upon factors including qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
