Responsibilities

• Quickly review and gain an understanding of technical aspects of client inventions and/or technical search concepts
• Create research strategies that best utilize time and resources when executed
• Perform extensive database research
• Review, gather, and analyze technical literature
• Report research findings in a timely and high-quality manner

Skills

• Previous patent examining or patent searching experience preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree (BS) required. Master's degree (MS) or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred
• MUST have US Work Authorization and have resided in the United States continuously for the last two years
• Previous experience or extensive knowledge in at least one of the following technical areas:
• Computer Architecture
• Software
• Data Processing
• Network Communications
• Cryptography
• Information Storage
• Data Security
• Image or Video Processing
• Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality Systems
• Blockchain
• Cryptocurrency
• AI/Machine Learning/Neural Networks
• Quantum Computing
