About the role
The Patent Scientist will conduct research and analysis to support patent filings in the fields of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Conducts patentability searches and analyzes prior art
- Prepares and drafts patent applications
- Collaborates with legal and technical teams to ensure patent strategy aligns with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in patent law or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of patent laws and regulations
- Experience with patent drafting software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
