Job Description

Global Patent Solutions, LLC (GPS) is an intellectual property research and consulting firm focused on meeting the needs of Inventors and IP professionals globally. This is not an ordinary research position; each project presents a unique challenge.

Responsibilities

• Quickly review and understand the theoretical and technical aspects of client inventions and/or technical search concepts
• Create research strategies to optimize time and resource utilization
• Perform extensive database research
• Review, gather, and analyze technical literature
• Report research findings promptly and accurately

Skills

• Previous patent examining or patent searching experience preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree (BS) required
• US Work Authorization and continuous residency in the United States for the past two years required
