Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to identify their parts and equipment needs, both in-person and over the phone.
• Provide recommendations and timely, accurate solutions using product literature, specialized software systems, and your growing knowledge of parts and equipment.
• Translate technical details into actionable parts support to create lasting customer relationships.
• Perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Use above-average organizational skills to manage customer interactions and parts inventory.

Requirements

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.

Pay

$19.26–26.96/hour (depending on experience).
