Overview
RWC Group is seeking a Parts & Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty truck, transportation, automotive, equipment, parts, or service-related industries. They should possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with self-motivation, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow aftermarket parts and service sales within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer visits and sales calls to identify needs and uncover new business opportunities.
- Recommend parts and service solutions that help customers improve vehicle performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and territory information in a CRM system.
- Partner with Truck and Bus Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams to support overall customer success.

Pay Range
