About the role
TRULAND Equipment is a leading John Deere dealership committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about agriculture and equipment sales.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of John Deere products and services
- Experience with CRM systems
