About the role

TRULAND Equipment is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. We are a leading John Deere dealership committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to John Deere dealerships and customers.
• Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on John Deera products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of John Deere products and industry best practices.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate dealership needs.
