About the role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn about agricultural equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and dealerships
• Assist customers with product selection and demonstration
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge
• Support sales efforts and assist in closing deals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Qualifications

• Knowledge of John Deere products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience
