Parts Back Counter

Job Description The Parts Back Counter is extremely knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy the staff's needs. He/she locates automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience with Ford automotive parts and accessories. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Locates accessories or parts for staffMonitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good conditionUses all computer systems and resources available to locate partsFollows all safety and security proceduresMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotionsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferredAt least two years of parts experience requiredExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsHelpful attitude and friendly demeanorHighly professional and dependableStrong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite Company Description Become a member of a winning team that offers growth opportunities, excellent earning potential, and leadership that fosters engaged team members.
