About the role
The Back Parts Counter Representative at Capitol Honda, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is responsible for providing customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy. This role acts as the primary interface with retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees to sell the required parts and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy.
- Sell required parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers.
- Ensure Service Technicians have required parts readily available when needed.
- Maintain an unparalleled level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.
