Partner Enablement Program Manager
Job Summary
Meter is expanding its investment with the launch of the Partner Growth Fund, a $100 million commitment available to qualified partners for various initiatives. This includes enablement programs designed to prepare partners for the upcoming wave of network refreshes.
About the Role
This role involves scaling and growing enablement programs to exponentially increase their impact with partners. The Program Manager will oversee operations for partner enablement, including live instructor-led trainings, hands-on lab sessions, and account-specific programs tailored to each partner's sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Stand up the operational infrastructure for live partner training, including registration, lab provisioning, scheduling, and post-session follow-up.
- Scope, coordinate, and deliver at least one account-specific or segment-specific enablement program in a repeatable format.
- Ensure every program launch has a distribution plan, a follow-up sequence for partners who don't complete, and engagement data packaged in Salesforce for use in partner conversations.
- Build a regular partner enablement briefing for leadership that connects WorkRamp and Salesforce data to partner engagement and pipeline activity.
Requirements
- Built and run enablement programs end to end, from scoping through delivery, follow-up, and iteration.
- Worked across teams that don't report to you and got alignment without slowing things down.
- Cared about whether the people going through your programs actually learned something, and built reporting to prove it to leadership.
- Managed live virtual or in-person trainings at scale, including registration, scheduling, nomination workflows, and post-session logistics.
- Built Salesforce or LMS reporting that connects engagement data to business outcomes.
- Understood the channel ecosystem and what motivates different partner types to engage.
Qualifications
- Hands-on program management experience from past roles.
- Experience with Bizible, WorkRamp, or Salesforce (optional).
Benefits
The role offers competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $175,000 - $205,000, along with participation in Meter's equity plan.
