JOB TITLE: Partner Enablement Manager LOCATION: Remote DURATION: Through March 1, 2027 (possible extension) PAY RANGE: $46 - $94/hr. Company: Our client is a Fortune 500 multinational technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Role Overview: Full-time contingent worker supporting Partner Enablement for RL business for tier 1 accounts. This role spans marketing, media, and events, requiring a senior Program Manager who can operate independently across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Team Overview: Partner Enablement team within North America RL Sales, supporting tier 1 retail accounts. This position serves as a senior Program Manager operating independently across marketing, sales, product, retail ops internally, and retailers, agencies, and vendors externally. Key Projects / Day-to-Day Responsibilities: End-to-end program management across marketing, media, staffing, and events for tier 1 retail partners. Full-funnel marketing strategy development and execution. Budget management (working & non-working). Campaign planning, partner co-marketing, and seasonal activations. Media planning & coordination with agencies/internal teams. Content & asset management. Data interpretation, reporting, and storytelling for leadership and partners. Required Skills: Core Program Management Senior-level program management – end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, media, staffing, and events. Proactive problem-solving – anticipates risks, flags issues early, and drives solutions without waiting to be asked. Stakeholder management (broad & diverse) – proven ability to navigate and align a wide range of internal teams (marketing, sales, product, retail ops) and external partners (retailers, agencies, vendors). Marketing Strategy & Media Full-funnel marketing strategy development – experience building and executing marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion to drive partner sell-through. Budget management (working & non-working) – experience managing marketing budgets across both working media investments (paid media, digital, in-store) and non-working spend (media production, PDF, events, staffing, tools) to support business objectives. Retail marketing program execution – campaign planning, partner co-marketing, and seasonal activations. Media planning & coordination – understanding of paid/owned media channels in a retail/partner context; liaising with media agencies or internal media teams. Content & asset management – coordinating development and delivery of marketing collateral, creative assets, and sales tools. Data & Reporting Data interpretation & analysis – ability to read, synthesize, and act on performance data (UDP/outlook changes, campaign ROI, event metrics, budget pacing). Reporting & storytelling – translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and partners. Working Style Cross-functional communication – clear, concise communication across all levels (executive stakeholders to field teams to external retail partners). Organizational rigor – managing multiple concurrent workstreams, product lines, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Must-Have Hard Skills: Program management – end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, media, staffing, and events.
